I am trying to personalize my autoresponder and email to contain my contacts own name, both in the subject and body text.

I have followed the guidelines but it wont work??

If I put in %%First Name%% I dont get the contacts first name I literally get
%%First Name%%%% in the email or autoresponder.

Any help would be appreciated as its driving me mad!

I'm having trouble modifying my template in Interspire, when trying to modify the CSS style sheet  using update and close, or even the save function, nothing happens. If an order is attempted but not failed,  does it show up on the orders list ( I can't find it). Is there any way to include a failed order (so they could ben manually edited to complete them as necessary)?

I cannot find anything online, it suggests bulk edit but I do not have this feature, could anyone shed some light on this problem.
