Topic: database problems

I've been tryin to dump a copy of my database using phpMyAdmin and I keep getting a 0 kb file.  I don't know what I'm doing wrong, it works for other sites in my account...... Any ideas?

Hello,

Although I don't know what database exactly you are working on, I would guess that the database is too large for phpMyAdmin to handle adequately.  In this case it will need to be dumped via the shell,. Depending on what hosting you have, you may not have shell access. In this case we can easily do it for you.  Please send me an email details your account details and the database in question and I'll dump a copy of it into the httpdocs folder for you.
