Topic: Do you hibernate or leave your computer on?
I usually put my computer into hibernation mode, even if I am just walking away for a few minutes. I know people who leave their computers on all the time. If you are one of those people, what is your computer's current up-time? I love hearing these from different.

I always leave my computer on, but it shuts down itself. I must have it set somehow if it's inactive for a certain period of time, it shuts off. The screen (monitor) and the hard drive. Now that I think about it, I wonder why?

I have my computer set up to shut itself down into hibernate as well. I don't have to do anything to activate it, just be gone for a period of time.
Our computers at work are always running, though.

I set mine so that it would shut down on its own so that I could save energy and money. I think it's better for the environment-- I read it somewhere-- plus, it does save a lot of money on my electricity bills.
